RefCase does not monitor or store complete browsing history. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when using this feature.
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the property of RefCase or its licensors. This includes software, code, design, branding, and documentation.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may occasionally experience maintenance windows, technical failures, or service interruptions. We are not liable for downtime or service disruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefCase disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefCase shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of data, loss of revenue, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to RefCase in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, the Service is misused, or if required by law. Users may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked.
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted on our website and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to the use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Düsseldorf, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the user is a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer resides remain unaffected.
